Hi again!
It always seems to be one of the first questions people ask a parent – is your baby sleeping through the night? My son had colic and reflux so the answer to that question was a resounding “NO” until he was about 8 months old. Regardless of the age of your child or children, every baby is as unique as their parents and so there’s no one size fits all method that will work.

Everybody seems to have a suggestion for helping your child sleep at night, but my husband and I found the following articles very useful to really get an idea of the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
- Longer article – https://www.todaysparent.com/baby/baby-sleep/most-popular-sleep-training-methods-explained/
- More condensed version – https://www.sleep.org/articles/sleep-training-babies/
I wish I had known about these methods sooner! Eventually after over 8 months of not sleeping through the night we tried a modified Ferber method…and it worked! If you have questions about it we would be happy to discuss it with you further.
Let us know how sleeping is going and if you want any more advice on this topic just let us know, were happy to help!
Sincerely,
Mika
